NOVELTY - Producing graphene coated-cuprous phosphate composite material, involves dispersing graphene oxide in aqueous ammonia solution, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and copper salt, ultrasonically-processing, transferring solution to Teflon (RTM: PTFE) lined stainless steel autoclave, adding yellow phosphorus and then sealing, heating, cooling, filtering to obtain crude product, washing, and placing washed product in vacuum oven and then drying. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene coated-cuprous phosphate composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of producing graphene coated-cuprous phosphate composite material with improved performance in a safe and simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene coated-cuprous phosphate composite material, involves dispersing 0.3-0.6 g/l graphene oxide in 25% aqueous ammonia solution in a conical flask, adding 0-3 g/l cetyltrimethylammonium bromide to the dispersion and then completely stirring, adding copper salt and then stirring, ultrasonically-processing to obtain a solution having concentration 6-10 mmol/l, transferring the solution to Teflon (RTM: PTFE) lined stainless steel autoclave, adding 0.001-0.005 g/ml yellow phosphorus to the autoclave and then sealing, heating at 120-180 degrees C for 8-16 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering through filter paper to obtain crude product, washing crude product with deionized water, benzene and ethanol, and placing washed product in vacuum oven and then drying at 50-60 degrees C for 4 hours.
