▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Apparatus comprises a substrate (110) on which the metal thin film is positioned on the heat dissipation glass, an injection unit (120) for injecting a graphene solution to the substrate, positioned on the substrate, a heating unit (130) to heat the substrate to a temperature within a preset range using a halogen heater, positioned below the substrate, a moving unit (140) for transferring the substrate part between the injection unit and the heating unit, and a control unit (150) for forming a three-dimensional graphene structure by spraying the graphene solution to the upper portion of the metal thin film in a state in which the metal thin film is heated to a temperature in a predetermined range using the heating unit. USE - The apparatus is useful for forming 3D graphene structure. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus changes the formation conditions of the three-dimensional graphene structure by changing position of the substrate portion between the injection unit and the heating unit, analyzes the vision image of the three-dimensional graphene structure to determine defect.
