USE - Manufacture of tough graphene-cellulose composite thermal conductive film for functional composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-cellulose composite film having excellent thermal conductivity, electroconductivity, mechanical properties and electrical properties is produced economically by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of tough graphene-cellulose composite thermal conductive film involves adding graphene and a dispersant to a solvent, producing a graphene solution having concentration of 0.2-5 mg/ml, ultrasonically treating to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene suspension, dispersing wood pulp in an aqueous solution, shearing in liquid phase in a homogenizer, dispersing cellulose into individual fiber bundles, mixing deionized water, dispersing using a high-speed shearing machine to obtain a nano-cellulose aqueous solution, adding resulting solution to the graphene aqueous solution, ultrasonically treating to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene/cellulose mixture, performing vacuum filtration using a microporous membrane, performing self-assembly remodeling to form a graphene and cellulose membrane, washing, drying at room temperature for 24 hours, processing in vacuum oven for 12-24 hours at 50-100 degrees C, and hot pressing.
