NOVELTY - The sensor has a light source system, a transparent metal nano-particle film system, and a detecting system, where the transparent metal nano-particle film system generates a surface plasma resonance module. A direct coupling interface ensures change of carrier concentration in the graphene to affect electron concentration and surface plasma resonance frequency of metal nano-particles. USE - Graphene molecular sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple structure, low cost, and convenient operation. The graphene can effectively prevent metal corrosion and passivation, ensure the service life, and prevent metal contact caused by the toxicity or related chemical reaction with the molecule.
