NOVELTY - A cyclotriphosphazene polymer-modified graphene/graphene-like tungsten disulfide/bismaleimide composite material comprises 0.1-20 pts. wt. cyclotriphosphazene polymer-modified graphene/graphene-like tungsten disulfide nanocomposite particles, 100 pts. wt. diphenylmethane bismaleimide, and 10-100 pts. wt. diallyl bisphenol A. USE - Cyclotriphosphazene polymer-modified graphene/graphene-like tungsten disulfide/bismaleimide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite material has excellent interfacial bonding strength, excellent mechanical properties and tribological properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material, which involves mixing tungsten disulfide and sodium chloride in a ball mill in a ratio of 1:10, preferably 1:7 for 2 hours to obtain nanostructured product, washing using water, drying at 100 degrees C, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes to obtain graphene-like tungsten disulfide, mixing graphene oxide and graphene-like tungsten disulfide in a mass ratio of 1:(0.1-10), adding the mixture to 100-500 ml ethanol, reacting at 180 W for 30 minutes, adding 1-5 ml hydrazine hydrate, carrying out sealing reaction at 220 degrees C for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, suction filtering, washing using deionized water and ethanol, drying at 60 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide/graphene-like tungsten disulfide nanocomposite particles, mixing graphene oxide/graphene-like tungsten disulfide nanocomposite particles, hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and branched polyethyleneimine in a ratio of 1:(0.5-3):(1-4), adding 100-500 ml tetrahydrofuran and 1-8 ml triethylamine, reacting at 25-60 degrees C for 4-10 hours, suction filtering, washing using tetrahydrofuran, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C to obtain cyclotriphosphazene polymer-modified graphene oxide/graphene-like tungsten disulfide nanocomposite particles, uniformly mixing 0.1-20 pts. wt. cyclotriphosphazene polymer-modified graphene oxide/graphene-like tungsten disulfide nanocomposite particles, 100 pts. wt. diphenylmethane bismaleimide and 10-100 pts. wt. diallyl bisphenol A at 120-300 W for 10-80 minutes, heating, melting at 130-150 degrees C, pre-polymerizing for 15-80 minutes, molding, vacuumizing at 130-150 degrees C, drying, curing at 150 degrees C for 2 hours, at 180 degrees C for 2 hours, at 220 degrees C for 4 hours, and at 250 degrees C for 4 hours, naturally cooling, and demolding.
