NOVELTY - based on a graphene/graphene oxide composite thin film humidity sensor, its structure orderly is a coupling prism, a transparent substrate, a graphene film and a graphene oxide film, the transparent substrate by refractive index matching liquid and the coupling prism. the upper layer of the graphene oxide film for quickly absorbing the moisture in the tested humidity environment, and the graphene layer is used for reflecting the surface absorption wavelength change of the incident light. graphene oxide for moisture absorption causes a change of the composite thin film material refractive index, and the change of the refractive index is reflected by the surface absorption wave fast response and change by the graphene. the utility model can change to detect the humidity of the fast sensing, has potential application value in the artificial intelligence field.
