NOVELTY - Preparation of positive electrode involves (1) dissolving positive electrode binder in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone solvent in a ratio of 5-10%, heating to 50-80degrees Celsius to prepare positive electrode glue, (2) adding 2-15 wt.% conductive agent to the positive electrode glue, stirring for 2 hours or more, (3) adding solid electrolyte, ionic liquid, and lithium salt plasma conductive agent in an amount of 2-15%, stirring at 25-60degrees Celsius for 2 hours or more, preparing ion conductive agent slurry, (4) adding positive electrode material to the above slurry in an amount of 70-95%, stirring at 25-60degrees Celsius for 12 hours or more to prepare positive electrode slurry, (5) using coating equipment, coating the positive electrode slurry on electrode at coating speed of 3-10 m/minute, and drying at 85-130degrees Celsius. USE - Preparation of positive electrode for battery (all claimed) e.g. lithium ion secondary battery used in portable electronic device, large-scale energy storage device and electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively increases the ion conductivity of the positive electrode, and improves the large-rate discharge performance of positive electrode. The positive electrode reduces internal resistance and improves battery multiplying power performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of battery, which involves preparing the positive electrode and negative electrode, using a separator to cover the positive electrode, assembling, using aluminum plastic film to encapsulate the cell, injecting the corresponding high-power electrolyte into it, and vacuum packaging.
