▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by cleaning substrate, drying, and coating solid carbon source compound on surface of substrate (S1); coating solid carbon source compound to substrate into reaction chamber, after sealing the reaction chamber to 103 Pa, vacuumizing for 1-30 minutes, and heating substrate (S2); and subjecting substrate to 400-1300 degrees C, performing heat preservation for 1-300 minutes, stopping heating, and cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene on the surface of substrate (S4). USE - Method for preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technical process, does not need to add additional catalyst in reaction and process equipment, has low preparation cost, and is suitable for industrial production.
