▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous acrylic anticorrosive coating comprises aqueous acrylic emulsion and layered silicate-graphene oxide composite material. The added amount of the layered silicate-graphene oxide composite material is 10-20% of the aqueous acrylic emulsion. The layered silicate and the graphene oxide intercalate each other to form a superlattice structure in the layered silicate-graphene oxide composite material. USE - Aqueous acrylic anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous acrylic anticorrosive coating firmly and densely attached to the surface of the substrate, effectively improves corrosion resistance of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous acrylic anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) preparing layered silicate-graphene oxide composite material; (B) mixing layered silicate and hydrochloric acid in a mass ratio of 1:5-1:10, hydrothermally react, filtering, washing and drying; (C) adding layered silicate, graphene oxide, and formamide to water, heating and ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a layered silicate-graphene oxide composite material with a superlattice structure; and (D) adding 10-20% of the mass of aqueous acrylic emulsion according to the added amount, adding the layered silicate-graphene oxide composite material to the aqueous acrylic emulsion, dispersing uniformly, discharging, and encapsulating, and obtaining coating product.
