NOVELTY - Graphene single-component aqueous epoxy resin emulsion comprises acrylic monomer modified epoxy resin, 5-10 wt.% monobasic unsaturated fatty acid, 1-2 wt.% catalyst, 5-10 wt.% styrene, 5-10 wt.% maleic anhydride, 1-2 wt.% AMP-95 (RTM: 95% 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol in an aqueous solution), 0.5-2 wt.% modified graphene, 3-3.5 wt.% nanocellulose and 10-20 wt.% water. The acrylic monomer modified epoxy resin is prepared from 20-35 wt.% bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 5-15 wt.% film forming aid, 1.5-2 wt.% initiator, 20-35 wt.% acrylic monomer, 2-3 wt.% nano modified organosilicon and 5-8 wt.% epoxy diluent. The film forming aid is ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether, alcohol ether dodeca, acetone alcohol compound or diacid ester compound. USE - Graphene single-component aqueous epoxy resin emulsion ADVANTAGE - The graphene single-component aqueous epoxy resin emulsion has hydrophilicity, simple process, environmental protection, low cost and good performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene single-component aqueous epoxy resin emulsion comprises acrylic monomer modified epoxy resin, 5-10 wt.% monobasic unsaturated fatty acid, 1-2 wt.% catalyst, 5-10 wt.% styrene, 5-10 wt.% maleic anhydride, 1-2 wt.% AMP-95, 0.5-2 wt.% modified graphene, 3-3.5 wt.% nanocellulose and 10-20 wt.% water. The acrylic monomer modified epoxy resin is prepared from 20-35 wt.% bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 5-15 wt.% film forming aid, 1.5-2 wt.% initiator, 20-35 wt.% acrylic monomer, 2-3 wt.% nano modified organosilicon and 5-8 wt.% epoxy diluent. The film forming aid is ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether, alcohol ether dodeca, acetone alcohol compound or diacid ester compound. The bisphenol F type epoxy resin, film-forming assistant and epoxy diluent are added into reactor to be heated to form homogeneous phase. The temperature is controlled to be 70-80degrees Celsius. The acrylic monomer dissolved with initiator is firstly dripped, and nano modified organic silicon is dripped to obtain the acrylic monomer modified epoxy resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene single-component aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, which involves: a. preparing acrylic ester monomer modified epoxy resin; b. heating the epoxy resin modified by the acrylate monomer to 120-150degrees Celsius, adding monounsaturated fatty acid and the catalyst, adding styrene and maleic anhydride, reacting for 2.0-3.0 hours, adding modified graphene and nanocellulose, reacting for 1.0-2.0 hours, cooling to 50-60degrees Celsius, adding AMP-95 for neutralization for 0.5-1.0 hours, and dispersing water for 0.5-1.0 hours to obtain graphene single-component aqueous epoxy resin solution.
