NOVELTY - Curved flexible anti-fatigue thermoplastic elastomer material comprises 38-54 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 24-42 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer, 13-19 pts. wt. organic montmorillonite, 15-25 pts. wt. metallocene ethylene-octene copolymer, 10-15 pts. wt. hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene, 4-6 pts. wt. triphenylmethane-4,4',4''-triisocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum metaphosphate, 12-16 pts. wt. hexamethylenediamine carbamate, 14-18 pts. wt. holy hemp fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. diphenylamine and 15-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Curved flexible anti-fatigue thermoplastic elastomer material for nuclear power cable. ADVANTAGE - The curved flexible anti-fatigue thermoplastic elastomer material is heat resistant, durable, and has good toughness, high intensity, excellent fatigue resistance and anti-bending flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Curved flexible anti-fatigue thermoplastic elastomer material comprises 38-54 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 24-42 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer, 13-19 pts. wt. organic montmorillonite, 15-25 pts. wt. metallocene ethylene-octene copolymer, 10-15 pts. wt. hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene, 4-6 pts. wt. triphenylmethane-4,4',4''-triisocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum metaphosphate, 12-16 pts. wt. hexamethylenediamine carbamate, 14-18 pts. wt. holy hemp fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. diphenylamine, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate and 22-28 pts. wt. porcelain powder. The porcelain powder is prepared by mixing tremolite and spodumene in mass ratio of 3-4:1. The mixture is crushed to particle size of 100-150 meshes at 2-3MPa. The mixture is heated to 730-770 degrees C under oxygen and carbon dioxide environment. The mixture is calcined for 1-2 hours and then cooled to room temperature. The illite and cordierite are mixed in mass ratio of 2-3:1. The mixture is crushed to particle size of 100-150 meshes at 1-2MPa. The mixture is heated to 820-860 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere. The mixture is calcined for 1-2 hours and then cooled to room temperature. The obtained calcined powders are mixed. The 4-5 times the amount of 75% ethanol aqueous solution is added and solution is stirred at a speed of 3000-5000 revolutions per minute. The mixture is ground for 15-30 minutes. The mixture is filtered, washed, dried and then heated to 660-720 degrees C under argon atmosphere 2-3MPa. The mixture is calcined for 2-3 hours and then cooled to room temperature. The obtained product is ground to particle size of 200-300 meshes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing curved flexible anti-fatigue thermoplastic elastomer material, which involves: (A) adding thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, metallocene ethylene-octene copolymer, hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene and organic montmorillonite to kneader; (B) adding zinc stearate, graphene oxide and aluminum metaphosphate and mixing at 95-105 degrees C for 15-25 minutes; (C) discharging mixture from kneader and cooling for 10-15 hours; (D) adding styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer, holy hemp fiber, triphenylmethane triisocyanate, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and hexamethylenediamine carbamate to two-roll rubber mixing machine; (E) adjusting roll temperature at 80-100 degrees C and roll diameter to 1-3mm; (F) kneading the remaining material for 5-8 minutes; (G) adjusting roll temperature to 70-90 degrees C and roll diameter to 2-4mm; and (H) mixing for 7-9 minutes and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain product.
