NOVELTY - Preparing a temperature-adaptive super-slip solid lubricating coating, comprises (i) selecting the target metal material, using sand blasting machine to spray sand on the surface, the final roughness of the metal surface reaches Ra 0.1-0.3 and using alcohol or acetone for ultrasonic cleaning the metal material and removing the surface oil stain or impurity, (ii) setting the mass ratio of the binder and the organic solvent, mixing two and setting the stirring speed, stirring time and temperature for magnetic stirring, (iii) setting the mass ratio of silicate materials, binders and organic solvents, taking a certain mass of silicate materials in the solvent system, setting the stirring speed and time magnetic stirring of the solid lubricating coating system, (iv) using spraying method and setting spraying parameter, and (v) moving the metal material sprayed with the composite solid lubricating coating into the drying box, drying at the pre-set temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing a temperature-adaptive super-slip solid lubricating coating. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and feasible and has strong operability. The selecting different silicate types, the high-temperature and ultra-low friction of the solid lubricating coating in the atmosphere, dry or humid environment can be controlled and the wear of the base material can be greatly slowed down.
