NOVELTY - Preparation of composite film involves preparing diamond film on a substrate, growing nickel thin film layer having thickness of 100-600 nm on the surface of the diamond film, heating to 800-1000 degrees C under argon and hydrogen atmosphere, heat-preserving for 20-80 minutes, cooling to room temperature at 0.5-1 degrees C/second, and depositing carbon on the surface to be recrystallized to form graphene. USE - Preparation of composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easily operable, and provides composite film with strong bonding and high stability.
