NOVELTY - Graphene or oxidized graphene composite film comprises graphene layer (1) and oxidized graphene layer (2), where thickness of each layer is 50 nm to 1 mm. USE - The graphene or oxidized graphene composite film is useful for microexecutor or sensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene or oxidized graphene composite film has excellent mechanical property and exhibits strong responding property to temperature or humidity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the above-cited graphene or oxidized graphene composite film, which involves (a) dissolving oxidized graphene (1 parts mass) in solvent (10-100000 parts mass), performing ultrasound or mixing for 0.2-5 hours and obtaining oxidized graphene, (b) placing the oxidized graphene solution in container to filter or evaporate the solution and obtaining oxidized graphene film, and (c) placing graphene solution (10-100000 parts mass) in the container packed with the oxidized graphene film and obtaining the graphene or oxidized graphene composite film by filtering or evaporating the mixture, where the solvent is any one of water, ethyl alcohol and chloroform.
