ADVANTAGE - The method uses methyl or phenyl containing silicone as modifier component to increases the decomposition temperature of the main structure and at the same time increase the crosslinking degree of the modified phenolic resin after curing, enhances the heat resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the cover plate, uses molybdenum compound material as the modifier component to improve the erosion and abrasion resistance of the phenolic resin material, and maintains a large friction coefficient and at the same time provides a higher heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the lubricating cover plate, involving (i) proportionally contacting phenyltrimethoxysilane, methyltrimethoxysilane, alkaline catalyst potassium carbonate, styrene solvent and water to react, adding a molybdenum compound to reaction system and stirring and mixing to obtain a silicon-molybdenum modifier, stirring and mixing the obtained silicon-molybdenum modifier and the nano-montmorillonite-phenolic resin in proportion, and curing at a temperature of 140-160 degrees C to obtain modified phenolic resin, (ii) modifying graphene by organosilane to form graphene powder, weighing a certain weight of graphene powder, adding to acetone solution in batches, and placing in an ultrasonic instrument to ultrasonically treat the mixed solution to prepare a uniformly dispersed suspension, (iii) mixing polyaryletherketone and epoxy resin, melting the mixture at a certain temperature to obtain a prepolymer, pulverizing the prepolymer into powder with a pulverizer, passing through a 60-mesh fine sieve, using a mixer to mix the prepolymer powder and the modified phenolic resin to form a phenolic resin mixture, and heating to above the softening temperature to make the phenolic resin mixture in a molten and flowing state, (iv) adding the molten phenolic resin mixture to the suspension, slowly stirring with a mixer and quickly stirring until the mixture is uniform, forming a graphene phenolic resin composite liquid, (v) impregnating the graphene phenolic resin composite liquid on the paper, and drying to obtain phenolic resin impregnated paper, (vi) performing hot pressing on phenolic resin impregnated paper and rayon board to form a main board, and (vii) rolling the lubricating glue on the outside of the main board through a rolling coating process, and drying to obtain the product.
