NOVELTY - Multipurpose heat dissipation liquor has high-temperature-resistant carbon nano tube composite material, which comprises a necessary component and auxiliary component, where necessary component comprises component A, component B and component C. The auxiliary component comprises component D, component E, component F and component G. The component A comprises 10-40 wt.% carbon nano tubes and 60-90 wt.% two-dimensional graphite diluent. The component B comprises 2-3 wt.% water-based dispersant and 80-95 wt.% low-temperature cosolvent. The component C comprises 0.1-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.5-3 wt.% wetting agent, 15-20 wt.% water-based resin, 60-80 wt.% low-temperature cosolvent, 0.1-0.2 wt.% bactericide and 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent. The component D comprises neutralizing agent A and neutralizing agent B. USE - Multipurpose heat dissipation liquor used for preparing a coating formulation which is used as coating liquid of medium viscosity, using scraper, gravure device coating, and prepared into low-viscosity oil, aqueous spraying coating, and/or oily high-temperature baking varnish. ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional radiating mother liquid has excellent coating property, and provides coating with excellent coating properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Multipurpose heat dissipation liquor has high-temperature-resistant carbon nano tube composite material, which comprises a necessary component and auxiliary component, where necessary component comprises component A, component B and component C. The auxiliary component comprises component D, component E, component F and component G. The component A comprises 10-40 wt.% carbon nano tubes and 60-90 wt.% two-dimensional graphite diluent. The component B comprises 2-3 wt.% water-based dispersant and 80-95 wt.% low-temperature cosolvent. The component C comprises 0.1-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.5-3 wt.% wetting agent, 15-20 wt.% water-based resin, 60-80 wt.% low-temperature cosolvent, 0.1-0.2 wt.% bactericide and 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent. The component D comprises neutralizing agent A and neutralizing agent B. The component E comprises high-temperature cosolvent. The component F comprises deionized water, and component G comprises normal-temperature curing agent A and high-temperature curing agent B. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing multipurpose heat dissipation mother liquor coating, which involves: (1) metering carbon nanotubes and graphene powder in a component A according to a certain proportion, and then putting the mixture into a stirring barrel to be premixed for later use through a stirrer; (2) placing the aqueous dispersant and the low-temperature cosolvent in the component B in a planetary stirrer, stirring for 500 revolution/minute (rpm) for 10 minutes by using a planet, then slowly adding the component A into a container through a pipeline on the side wall, and stirring while adding the powder, after the component A is added, then stirring is carried out for 10 rpm for 60 minutes by using the planet; (3) sequentially adding the water-based resin, low-temperature cosolvent, flatting agent, wetting agent and defoaming agent in the component C into a stirring barrel, stirring for 500 rpm and 15 minutes, slowly adding the component C into a planetary stirrer through a pipeline on the side wall, and stirring for 800-1000 rpm and 30min by using a planetary stirrer after the component C is added; (4) transferring the slurry in the planetary stirring equipment into a sand mill, adjusting the solid content of the liquor to 10-20 wt.% by using a low-temperature solvent, where the grinding equipment can be blue grinding machine equipment or a nano grinding machine, stirring for 1500rpm, the H is 2H, and test grinding fineness is 1-5 um, after the raw material fineness test is qualified, then taking out the slurry to obtain the heat dissipation mother liquor with multiple use functions, and packaging and warehousing the heat dissipation liquor; (5) electing a proper neutralizer from the heat dissipation liquor according to the use of the slurry to adjust the pH value of the mother liquor, if the heat dissipation liquor is solidified at low temperature, using a low-temperature neutralizer A (comprising ammonia water and triethylamine), if the heat dissipation mother liquor is baked at high temperature, then using N, N-dimethyl-2-hydroxyethylamine and amino methyl propanol, where addition amount is preferably that the pH value of the mother liquor reaches 8-9, stirring is carried out for 30 minutes at 200-500 rpm by using a stirrer; (6) rotating a proper deionized water dissolving agent and a proper high-temperature cosolvent according to the construction process used by the slurry, where the solid content of the liquor is preferably 5-15 wt.% for water-based spraying, and solid content of the liquor in the coating process is preferably 9-15 wt.% for 15-30 seconds of a number 2 cup in a rock field; and (7) adding a curing agent, where the addition amount of the curing agent is based on the examples, and mixing and curing the coating to prepare the finished coating.
