▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic graphene oxide immobilized chloroperoxidase comprises magnetic graphene oxide, adding phosphate buffer solution and chloroperoxidase solution, uniformly mixing to obtain reaction solution, where mass ratio of magnetic graphene oxide and chloroperoxidase solution is 0.98:1.5-3.5x 10-4 (ug:umol), mixing for 5-180 minutes, separating solid A and washing. USE - Used as magnetic graphene oxide immobilized chloroperoxidase. ADVANTAGE - The chloroperoxidase: increases enzyme biocompatibility; improves enzyme molecule structural stability and operational stability; and is reusable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of magnetic graphene oxide immobilized chloroperoxidase according to the above mentioned method; and (2) degradation of anthraquinone dye comprising taking anthraquinones dye, adding phosphate buffer solution, magnetic graphene oxide immobilized chloroperoxidase and hydrogen peroxide and degrading, where anthraquinones dye is Austrian acid blue or alizarin red, mass ratio of Austrian acid blue, magnetic graphene oxide immobilized chloroperoxidase and hydrogen peroxide is 0.3-1x 10-4:1.5-3.5x 10-4:0.0026-0.013 (mmol:umol:mmol) and alizarin red, magnetic graphene oxide immobilized chloroperoxidase and hydrogen peroxide is 0.1-1x 10-4:1.5-3.5x 10-4:0.0065-0.0195 (mmol:umol:mmol).
