NOVELTY - Fireproof anti-corrosive coating comprises 10-18 pts. wt. silicone modified acrylic resin, 20-35 pts. wt. aldehyde ketone resin, 2-6 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 1-3 pts. wt. organic silicon flatting agent, 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 2-4 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 2-4 pts. wt. pentaerythritol or butantetraol, 8-15 pts. wt. benzoic acid functionalized graphene,1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water USE - Used as fireproof anti-corrosive coating comprising e.g. silicone modified acrylic resin. ADVANTAGE - The coating is coated on the inner surface of the steel with low thermal conductivity and meets the requirements of GB149072002 (Fireproof Coatings for Steel Structures) and is suitable for fireproof and anticorrosion of steel structure materials. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fireproof anti-corrosive coating comprising (a) taking raw materials including silicone modified acrylic resin, aldehyde ketone resin, propylene glycol, organic silicon flatting agent, magnesium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol or butantetraol, benzoic acid functionalized graphene, stabilizer, anti-settling agent and deionized water, (b) adding ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol or butantetraol, benzoic acid functionalized graphene and deionized water into a container, stirring, dispersing at a speed of 400-500revolutions/minute for 20-25 minutes to obtain a mixed solution and (c) adding propylene glycol, magnesium oxide and aluminum hydroxide into the mixed solution, stirring, dispersing at speed of 700-800revolutions/minute for 15-20 minutes, adding organic silicon modified acrylic resin, aldehyde ketone resin, organic silicon flatting agent, stabilizer and anti-settling agent, stirring and dispersing at a speed of 600-650 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain fireproof anti-corrosion coating.
