NOVELTY - Usage method of graphene oxide/silica composite material involves mixing graphene oxide/silica composite material and to-be-mixed conductive agent with binder, and coating the resultant mixture on current collector made of electrode material or further assembling into electrical storage element. Also claimed is, preparation of graphene oxide/silica composite material, which involves adding graphene oxide dispersion in aqueous silicon precursor mixture, adjusting the pH of the resultant mixture, stirring uniformly, reacting, washing the resultant reaction product and drying. USE - Usage method of graphene oxide/silica composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/silica composite material has excellent electrical storage property, and is safely prepared by simple and economical process, with reduced energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Usage method of graphene oxide/silica composite material involves mixing graphene oxide/silica composite material and to-be-mixed conductive agent with binder, and coating the resultant mixture on current collector made of electrode material or further assembling into electrical storage element. Also claimed is, preparation of graphene oxide/silica composite material, which involves adding graphene oxide dispersion in aqueous silicon precursor mixture, adjusting the pH of the resultant mixture, such that pH value is not equal to 7, stirring uniformly, reacting, washing the resultant reaction product and drying. The molar ratio of water and silicone precursor or silicon precursor in aqueous silicon precursor mixture is 4:1.
