▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Natural gas combustion catalyst comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-12 pts. wt. silicon fluoride, 3-9 pts. wt. nano-silica, 4-10 pts. wt. white carbon black, 5-15 pts. wt. bauxite, 2-6 pts. wt. modified alumina, 4-8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. rare earth oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. petroleum ether, 6-10 pts. wt. fusel oil, 5-12 pts. wt. ketene, 4-12 pts. wt. trimethyl borate, and 8-15 pts. wt. 2-pyrrolidone. USE - As natural gas combustion catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has simple preparation, stable performance, high purity, excellent activity, high heat-resistant temperature, excellent thermal stability and energy saving effect, and increases the combustion thermal energy of natural gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the catalyst, involving (i) mixing white carbon black, bauxite and magnesium oxide, and adding into to a grinder to obtain a mixture (A), (ii) mixing graphene oxide, silicon fluoride, nano-silica, modified alumina, fusel oil and ketene, add them to a mixing tank and stirring at a low speed of 100-200 rpm for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixture (B), (iii) mixing petroleum ether, trimethyl borate, and 2-pyrrolidone thoroughly to obtain a mixed solution, and immersing the mixed solution in the mixture (A) and the mixture (B), soaking for 2-4 hours, and filtering to obtain a filtered substance, (iv) drying the filtered substance at 70-80 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain a dried product, and crushing the dried product to obtain granule particles, and (v) adding the particles to a heating furnace for heating, and cooling to obtain the catalyst.
