▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A rubber composition based on greater than or equal to 1 diene elastomer, comprises a diene elastomer, a crosslinking system, and a filler comprising graphene platelets having a platelet lateral size of 0.2-120 mu m, and volume concentration measured as a percent volume concentration of total rubber composition of greater than or equal to 13 vol.% platelet lateral sizes of 0.2-0.4 mu m, greater than or equal to 10 vol.% platelet lateral sizes of 0.4-3 mu m and greater than or equal to 1 vol.% platelet lateral sizes of greater than or equal to 3 mu m. USE - A rubber composition used for tire components, conveyor belts, high performance sealants such as O-rings, and structural parts containing rubber in motion and rubbing against harder parts, like arm-bushings in a suspension system. ADVANTAGE - The composition has low coefficient of friction or decreased coefficient of friction under wet conditions when compared to silica or carbon black-based rubber compositions having the same rigidity. The rubber composition having a graphene filler exhibits reduced friction and adhesion properties.
