▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A redox graphene-3,4,9,10-perylene tetramethylbutyl potassium composite preparing method involves dispersing an graphene oxide in water, mixing 3, 4, 9, 10- perylene-tetramethylbutyl potassium at ratio of 1: 1.1-1.5 to obtain mixture. Reaction liquid is obtained by mixing graphene oxide with sodium boro-hydride at ratio of 1: 1.1-1.3, heating to reflux after stirring the mixture, and cooling at room temperature for 3-4 hours, followed by placing reaction solution in a dialysis bag for 2-3 days, freeze-drying, to give redox graphene-3,4,9,10-perylene tetramethylbutyl potassium composite. USE - Method for preparing redox graphene-3,4,9,10-perylene tetramethylbutyl potassium composite that is utilized as cathode buffer layer of organic photovoltaic device i.e. organic polymer photovoltaic solar cells (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing composite with better light absorbing characteristics of device efficiency, which is higher than a cathode buffer layer of controllable low thickness cost, better stability in air and realizing a metal calcium device higher than the cathode buffer layer.
