▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a fluorine-doped graphene-modified epoxy resin involves (a) introducing 3-10 g graphite oxide to 50-150 ml of hydrofluoric acid solution 10-20 mol/l, controlling the concentration at placing in the round bottom flask, refluxing at 80-130degrees Celsius, taking out, washing with deionized water, washing to neutral, drying at 60-80degrees Celsius for 24 hours, (b) introducing 10-30 g solvent to the fluorinated graphene oxide graphene solution, ultrasonically processing for 0.5-2 hours to obtain a uniformly dispersed fluorine oxide graphene oxide solution, (c) introducing a silane coupling agent into the fluoropolymer solution, heating, stirring, and introducing solvent into epoxy resin solution, (d) pouring dispersed fluoropolymers solution into epoxy styrene resin solution, performing ultrasonic treatment, heating, pouring dispersed fluorine-doped graphene oxide solution into epoxy resin solution, and ultrasonically processing. USE - The method is useful for preparing fluorine-doped graphene modified epoxy resin, which is useful in aerospace, sports and leisure, civil building and automobile industry. ADVANTAGE - The fluorine-doped silicon graphene modified epoxy resin has good toughness and mechanical property, overcomes the problem that the epoxy resins after curing, crisp texture, bad impact resistance and low mechanical property of the composite material, the prepared carbon fiber composite material has better mechanical property and low temperature aging resistance. The method has simple preparation technique, economical no pollution, and it is convenient for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fluorine-doped graphene modified epoxy resin-based carbon fiber composite material.
