NOVELTY - Heat dissipation graphite sheet comprises graphite layer, and a heat dissipation layer applied to at least one surface of the graphite layer. The heat dissipation layer comprises 70-85 wt.% binder resin, 12-25 wt.% thermally conductive particles, and 3-10 wt.% additives. The heat dissipation layer has a thickness of 10-50 μ m. The binder resin includes a urethane resin. The urethane resin includes at least one polyol resin. The thermally conductive particles include expanded graphite particles and metal particles. The expanded graphite particles are milled for 2-5 hours to exfoliate graphene nanoplates (GNPs) and graphene from graphite to separate, and graphite particles contains graphene nanoplate particles, and graphene particles. The diameter of expanded graphite particle is 0.1-50 μ m. USE - The heat dissipation graphite sheet is useful in producing mobile phones and thin portable products. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation graphite sheet: solves heating problem, which is the main cause of failure and malfunction of electronic devices; can be manufactured easily; has excellent horizontal heat diffusion characteristics exceeding 1000 W/m.K, has excellent mechanical strength, excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance.
