NOVELTY - High-radiating light keyboard film comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 20-40 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. luminous powder, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. modified attapulgite clay, 8-15 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 12-16 pts. wt. magnetic components, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 7-10 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as high-radiating light keyboard film. ADVANTAGE - The keyboard film: has good radiating function and reduces the energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-radiating light keyboard film, comprising (i) taking polycarbonate and polyacrylic ester into the reaction kettle, raising the temperature melting, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding graphene in the mixture, mixing and reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture one, (ii) taking night light powder, anti-aging agent, antioxidant and flame retardant into the mixture one, mixing and stirring them uniformly, placing the mixture in the shear cutting and dispersing for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture two, (iii) taking the modified attapulgite clay, nano titanium dioxide into the mixture two, stirring uniformly, placing in ultrasonic, ultrasound for 10-20 minutes, adding magnetic components, mixing uniformly, placing the mixture in a forming machine to obtain keyboard film.
