NOVELTY - Cannabidiol nano-analgesic plaster taking bacterial cellulose-magnetic graphene oxide as base material comprises degradable adhesive layer coated on surface of degradable back lining layer, nano- magnetic graphene oxide composite sustained-release drug gel layer coated on surface of degradable adhesive layer, bacterial cellulose quick-release drug gel layer coated on surface of nano-magnetic graphene oxide composite sustained-release drug gel layer; where drug gel layer comprises 40-60% nanometer bacterial cellulose powder, 10-20% chitosan, 10-20% nano-magnetic graphene oxide, 5-20% cannabidiol, 3-10% pepper essential oil, 5.5-15% gel, 1.5-4.5% ternary composite penetration enhancer borneol, 3-8% menthol, 2-5% azone. USE - Cannabidiol nano-analgesic plaster taking bacterial cellulose-magnetic graphene oxide as base material. ADVANTAGE - The cannabidiol nano-analgesic plaster taking bacterial cellulose-magnetic graphene oxide as base material is environment-friendly; avoids pollution at same time; has double effects of analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cannabidiol nano-analgesic plaster taking bacterial cellulose-magnetic graphene oxide as base material comprises degradable adhesive layer coated on surface of degradable back lining layer, nano- magnetic graphene oxide composite sustained-release drug gel layer coated on surface of degradable adhesive layer, bacterial cellulose quick-release drug gel layer coated on surface of nano-magnetic graphene oxide composite sustained-release drug gel layer; where drug gel layer comprises 40-60% nanometer bacterial cellulose powder, 10-20% chitosan, 10-20% nano-magnetic graphene oxide, 5-20% cannabidiol, 3-10% pepper essential oil, 5.5-15% gel, 1.5-4.5% ternary composite penetration enhancer borneol, 3-8% menthol, 2-5% azone; bacterial cellulose quick release medicine gel layer comprises 5-20% cannabidiol, 3-10% ternary composite transdermal absorption enhancer eucalyptus oil, 0.75-1.5% ostrich oil, 2-5% N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), 10-20% humectant, 10-40% nano-bacterial cellulose powder and 5-10% chitosan. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing cannabidiol nano-analgesic plaster taking bacterial cellulose-magnetic graphene oxide as base material, which involves: (a) adding 50-75% bacterial cellulose, 5-10% sodium hydroxide, 5-15% urea to purified water; stirring for 2-6 hours at 30-80degrees Celsius with 100-200 rotation/minute (rpm)/minute (min) or using ultrasonic oscillation or microwave process, where ultrasonic power is 300-400 Watt (W), microwave power is 100-300 W for 30-90 min, dissolving bacterial cellulose completely, removing bubbles, sieving by 80-100-mesh sieve, separating product, freezing, circulating for 3 times, freezing for 12-24 hours at -20 to -36degrees Celsius, thawing for 6-10 hours in room temperature, freezing and thawing circulation, using purified water to wash bacterial cellulose film material to pH 7.0, freezing, drying, where pre-freezing temperature -55 to -65degrees Celsius, pre-freezing time is 6-10 hours, clapboard temperature is 45-60degrees Celsius, drying time is 24-48 hours, after third freezing and drying, obtaining nanometer bacterial cellulose powder; (b) synthesizing nanometer magnetic graphene oxide by mixing 5-15% graphene oxide, 10-20% glycol, 15-30% diethylene glycol (DEG15), where ultrasonic reaction ultrasonic power is 100-300 W, temperature is 30-40degrees Celsius, ultrasonic reaction time is 30-90 min; preparing suspension then adding 10-20% sodium acrylate, 5-10% sodium acetate, 1-5% ferric trichloride; adding in suspension, stirring for 30-180 min with speed of 100-200 rpm/min or using ultrasonic oscillation process with power of 100-300 W, temperature is 30-40degrees Celsius, operation reaction time is 30-90 min to obtain nanometer magnetic graphene oxide; (c) adding 40-60% nano-bacterial cellulose powder, 10-20% chitosan into 10% acetic acid solution, where weight volume ratio of 10% acetic acid solution and nano-bacteria cellulose powder is 5:2 to 3, using ultrasonic oscillation or microwave reaction to dissolve at 50-75degrees Celsius for 30-90 min with ultrasonic power of 100-250 W or microwave power is 100-300 W, adjusting pH value to 5.0-6.5; adding 10-20% nano-magnetic graphene oxide, then continuously ultrasonic oscillation or microwave reaction to dispersed uniformly, obtaining nanometer magnetic graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding 5-20% cannabidiol, 3-10% pepper essential oil in 5.5-15% gel; adding ternary composite penetration enhancer, 1.5-4.5% borneol, 3-8% menthol, 2-5% azone; heating to 40-60degrees Celsius; using ultrasonic power or microwave reaction to dispersed uniformly, obtaining nanometer magnetic graphene oxide dispersion liquid; adding 5-20% cannabidiol, 3-10% pepper essential oil in 5.5-15% gel, then adding ternary composite penetration enhancer, 1.5-4.5% borneol, 3-8% menthol, 2-5% azone; heating to 40-60degrees Celsius, using ultrasonic power of 100-250 W or microwave power of 100-300 W, where temperature is 50-75degrees Celsius, where operation reaction time is 30-90 min, adding slow-release gel in nano-magnetic graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring uniformly, obtaining nano-magnetic graphene oxide composite slow-release gel layer; (d) taking stainless steel reaction tank, placing 5-20% cannabidiol, 3-10% ternary composite transdermal absorption enhancer, 3-10% eucalyptus oil, 0.75-1.5% ostrich oil, 2-5% NMP, 10-20% humectant; heating to 40-60degrees Celsius, keeping temperature, stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours, adding 10-40% nano bacteria cellulose powder, 5-10% chitosan, combining, adding purified water, heating to 40-70degrees Celsius, stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain bacterial cellulose quick release medicine gel layer; (d) coating degradable adhesive layer on degradable back lining layer by using coating machine, coating nano magnetic graphene oxide composite slow-release gel layer on degradable adhesive layer, coating bacterial cellulose quick release medicine gel layer on nano magnetic graphene oxide composite slow-release gel layer.
