▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-performance environmentally-friendly vehicle brake pad comprises 12-20 pts. adhesive, 20-40 pts. reinforcing fibers, 6-18 pts. friction regulator, 4-8 pts. graphene, 40-60 pts. filler, 2-6 pts. curing agent, 0.3-1 pts. curing accelerator, 3-6 pts. antioxidant and 2-5 pts. coupling agent. The reinforcing fibers are hybrid fibers, activated by surface treatment and coated with acid anhydride group. The graphene is a modified graphene. USE - Used as a vehicle brake pad. ADVANTAGE - The brake pad solves the problem of friction coefficient, low-wear rate index and high brake noise problem to obtain high cohesive strength, has high thermal decomposition temperature with good toughness and high adhesive bond strength of the vehicle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the vehicle brake pad, comprising: (i) placing the hybrid fiber in a plasma reaction chamber, filling high purity argon gas for 5-15 minutes, then passing pure oxygen for 5-10 minutes, supplying power of 80-120 W, discharge processing for 3-7 minutes to obtain plasma activated fiber, placing the plasma activated fiber in maleic anhydride xylene solvent and carrying out sonication, grafting at 150-180 degrees C to obtain surface activated hybrid fiber; (ii) placing the graphite oxide in dimethylformamide solvent, passing nitrogen, stirring for 5 minutes, adding toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, mixing for 12 hours, adding proper amount of dichloromethane, filtering, reducing with hydrofluoric acid to obtain modified graphene; and (iii) adding the resultant surface activated hybrid fiber, modified graphene, modified phenolic resin, friction modifier and filler into an autoclave, stirring for 10-30 minutes with a speed of 1000-3000 rotations/minute, mixing uniformly, adding curing agent, curing accelerator, antioxidant and coupling agent, continuously stirring mechanically for 10-20 minutes, hot-pressing at 160-180 degrees C with a pressure of 20-30 MPa, and processing by dry mill.
