NOVELTY - Processing cold-resistant water pipe comprises e.g. (1) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion, mixing catechol, polyamine and 2-octyldodecylamine, adding Tris-HCl buffer, adjusting pH, adding graphene dispersion, mixing and stirring for 3-6 hours, collecting, filtering, washing and drying to obtain pretreated graphene oxide, (2) stirring pre-treated graphene oxide, phosphorous acid, sodium 2-formylbenzenesulfonate and ethanol, and reacting in an oil bath at 75-80℃ for 6-7 hours, centrifuging collection after reaction, washing with deionized water, and drying to obtain material A, mixing and stirring polyvinylpyrrolidone, ethylene glycol and material A, adding silver nitrate and n-octylamine, stirring, washing and drying with ethanol to obtain material B, mixing and stirring hydroxylated carbon nanotube, material B and anhydrous 1,4-dioxane, adding polyacryl chloride solution and triethylamine, stirring and reacting. USE - The method is useful for processing cold-resistant water pipe, which is useful in polyvinyl chloride water supply pipe, aluminum plastic pipe, and polyethylene random copolymer pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe: has good low-temperature resistance, strength, toughness, mechanical property, antibacterial property, high practicability, flame retardant property, and high service life. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing cold-resistant water pipe comprises (1) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion, mixing catechol, polyamine and 2-octyldodecylamine, adding tris-hydrochloride buffer, adjusting pH, adding graphene dispersion, mixing and stirring for 3-6 hours, collecting, filtering, washing and drying to obtain pretreated graphene oxide, (2) stirring pre-treated graphene oxide, phosphorous acid, sodium 2-formylbenzenesulfonate and ethanol, and reacting in an oil bath at 75-80℃ for 6-7 hours, centrifuging collection after reaction, washing with deionized water, and drying to obtain material A, mixing and stirring polyvinylpyrrolidone, ethylene glycol and material A, adding silver nitrate and n-octylamine, stirring, washing and drying with ethanol to obtain material B, mixing and stirring hydroxylated carbon nanotube, material B and anhydrous 1,4-dioxane, adding polyacryl chloride solution and triethylamine, stirring and reacting at 90℃ for 20-24 hours, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, and (3) mixing and stirring polypropylene, ethylene-octene copolymer, high-density polyethylene, modified graphene oxide, toughening agent and color masterbatch, performing melt extrusion and injection molding to obtain pipes, annealing and water cooling to obtain finished product.
