The lower end of the reversing discharge device is provided with a first flow channel and a second flow channel. The reversing piston (9) is arranged inside the reversing discharge device. A pull rod (8) is provided at one end of the reversing piston. The lower end of the first flow channel is provided with a third control valve (11).
