NOVELTY - Preparation of laccase catalyzed electrochemical assembly of polyaniline graphene oxide modified electrode comprises soaking graphite felt in laccase solution, taking out, and standing at 4 degrees C; adding purified aniline monomer to graphene oxide solution, mixing dipotassium phosphate electrolyte, regulating pH to 3.5-45 using citric acid buffering liquid, and stirring; performing constant potential electro polymerization of aniline in laccase catalyzed solution to obtain polyaniline/graphene oxide compound, attaching to electrode surface, and washing residual aniline and graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing laccase catalyzed electrochemical assembly of polyaniline graphene oxide modified electrode used as anode in biological electrochemical systems (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has enhanced electrochemical properties and electron transfer capacity, and decreased resistance, and increases output power.
