▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Adsorbent comprises a carbon-based mesoporous active carrier, where the active carrier is prepared by mixing raw materials including sludge, mesoporous molecular sieve, graphene, aminosilane, and aromatic carboxylic acid and roasting under a high-temperature inert gas environment. The mesoporous molecular sieve, graphene, aminosilane, and aromatic carboxylic acid are mixed in a mass ratio of 0.1-0.3:3-6.5:0.2-0.5:0.01-0.03:0.01-0.09.5-6:0.3-0.5:0.02-0.03:0.03-0.06. USE - Adsorbent used for producing dimethylbenzyl alcohol hydrogenolysis raw material purification (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent reduces phenols, organic chlorine and heavy components in dimethyl benzyl alcohol stream and enhances dimethyl benzyl alcohol stream quality, and thus improves hydrogenolysis effect of dimethylbenzyl alcohol. The adsorbent has characteristics of high reaction adsorption efficiency, simple operation, low energy consumption, and significantly improves raw material quality of dimethylbenzyl alcohol hydrogenolysis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing adsorbent, which involves: (A) mixing nickel salt, preferably water-soluble nickel salt such as nickel acetate, nickel chloride, nickel sulfate, and soluble compounds doped with metal elements e.g. chloroplatinic acid, palladium acetate and ruthenium acetate, and reducing organic acid solutions e.g. selected from citric acid, salicylic acid, acetylsalicylic acid and aqueous solution of keto acid mixed and active carrier at 100-115 degrees C in a hydrothermal kettle environment for 72-110 hours; (B) drying and roasting at 80-100 degrees C for 12-36 hours; and (C) calcining in a muffle furnace at 400-450 degrees C for 3-15 hours to obtain the adsorbent.
