NOVELTY - A high thermal conductivity wear-resistant high-strength polyphenylene sulfide composite material comprises 40-60 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide, 20-40 wt.% carbon fiber, 10-20 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 2-5 wt.% compatibilizer, 0.2-0.6 wt.% antioxidant, 0.4-0.8 wt.% lubricant, and 0.4-0.8 wt.% coupling agent. USE - High thermal conductivity wear-resistant high-strength polyphenylene sulfide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-strength polyphenylene sulfide composite material has excellent heat-conducting property, and wear-resisting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high thermal conductivity wear-resistant high-strength polyphenylene sulfide composite material, which involves mixing 0.4-0.8 wt.% coupling agent, 10-20 wt.% graphene, and 5-10 wt.% molybdenum disulfide at 70-90 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, adding 40-60 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide, 2-5 wt.% compatibilizer, 0.2-0.6 wt.% antioxidant and 0.4-0.8 wt.% lubricant, mixing at 60-80 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, feeding the mixed material into a main feeder hopper of the extruder, and 20-40% carbon fibers into side feed hopper, extruding and granulating with a twin-screw extruder.
