NOVELTY - Flame retardant modified epoxy resin adhesive film, comprises phosphabicyclo-triazine derivative modified graphene and epoxy resin in a weight ratio of 6-12:100, where the graphene is uniformly dispersed in the epoxy resin matrix to form a three-dimensional network structure. USE - The flame retardant modified epoxy resin adhesive film is useful in the technical field of high molecular materials, aerospace, electronic device, traffic transportation, building material, and defense military industry. ADVANTAGE - The modified epoxy resin adhesive film has excellent mechanical properties and excellent peeling strength, and efficiently inhibits volatilization of flammable gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame retardant modified epoxy resin adhesive film, comprising (i) carrying out acyl chloride modification to graphene with thionyl chloride to obtain acyl chloride graphene, (ii) carrying out chemical reaction using ethylene glycol, 2-hydroxyethylamine and cyanuric chloride to obtain 2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-4,6-diethylene glycol-1,3,5- triazine, where the molecular formula is (C9H15N4O5), (iii) adding 1,2,4-trimellitic anhydride acid chloride, and 2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabicyclo(2.2.2)octane-4-methanol-1-oxide to acetonitrile solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, dropping the catalyst pyridine while ultrasonic treatment, performing substitution reaction, cooling, removing the solvent by rotary evaporation, washing and drying to obtain acid anhydrided phosphabicyclic derivative, where the molecular formula is (C16H13O8), (iv) adding catalyst triethylamine, 2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-4,6-diethylene glycol-1,3,5-triazine, and graphene acyl chloride to tetrahydrofuran solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, performing substitution reaction, cooling, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain triazine derivative modified graphene, (v) adding catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid, acid anhydrided phosphabicyclic derivative, and triazine derivative modified graphene to deionized water solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, performing esterification reaction, cooling, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain phosphabicyclo-triazine derivative modified graphene, (vi) adding phosphabicyclo-triazine derivative modified graphene, and epoxy resin E-51 in acetone solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding curing agent methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride, curing accelerator pyridine, toughening agent polyethersulfone, and antifoaming agent dimethyl silicone oil into it, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, and vacuum defoaming to obtain phosphorus-nitrogen-graphene synergistic flame-retardant epoxy resin adhesive, and (vii) coating the epoxy resin adhesive on the glass plate, curing it at 65-75 ℃ to form a film, and peeling off the film to obtain the final product.
