▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nano-luminescent composite material comprises a trivalent metal ion-doped graphene or graphene oxide-coated lithium/sodium/potassium -bismuth fluoride. The trivalent metal ions are trivalent ytterbium ions, trivalent chromium ions and trivalent erbium ions. USE - Nano-luminescent composite material is used in integrated optical imaging diagnosis and photothermal therapy of tumor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-luminescent composite material does not desorb, has stable core-shell structure, and excellent upper and lower double-conversion luminescence function, thus improving the resolution of optical imaging diagnosis, photothermal effect, and can reach the temperature of photothermal therapy in a short time, and exhibits low toxicity even at concentration of 200 mu g/ml. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material, which involves adding ytterbium trifluoroacetate, erbium trifluoroacetate, chromium acetate and trifluoroacetic acid to oleylamine, ultrasonically dissolving, adding polyacrylic acid, heating under magnetic stirring and protection of argon gas, reacting at 100-120 degrees C, heating the resultant solution at 300-360 degrees C and 5-10 degrees C/minute for 1-2 hours under magnetic stirring condition, reacting, naturally cooling the resultant reaction product to room temperature, adding anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifuging, washing and drying, to obtain trivalent metal ion-doped graphene-coated lithium/sodium/potassium-bismuth fluoride.
