NOVELTY - Antibacterial reduced graphene oxide modified polypropylene melt blown water purification filter comprises 76.36-97.95 wt.% polypropylene, 0.04-4.45 wt.% silane-modified reduced graphene oxide and 2-20 wt.% activated carbon. USE - Antibacterial reduced graphene oxide modified polypropylene melt blown water purification filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter has high antibacterial activity, and high adsorption capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the antibacterial reduced graphene oxide modified polypropylene melt blown water purification filter comprising ultrasonically dispersing oxidized entrainer in deionized water at room temperature to obtain first solution; dissolving n-dodecylmethylsilane in ethanol, magnetically stirring, and mixing uniformly to obtain second solution; mixing first and second solutions uniformly, heating to 70 degrees C, and magnetic stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain silane graft modified graphene oxide solution; and adding hydrazine hydrate and ammonia water to silane graft-modified graphene oxide solution, carrying out reduction reaction for 1 -5 hours while stirring, and suction filtering; and (2) preparing antibacterial reduced graphene oxide modified polypropylene melt blown water purification cartridge comprising dissolving polypropylene particles and silane-modified reduced graphene oxide in xylene at 130 degrees C, dispersing by magnetic stirring for 2-10 hours, and vacuum drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide-polypropylene composite mother material; blending reduced graphene oxide-polypropylene composite masterbatch with polypropylene particles, and subjecting to extrusion granulation by twin-screw extruder at 170-190 degrees C to obtain reduced graphene oxide modified polypropylene melt; and melting reduced graphene oxide modified polypropylene melt blown material by the blown filter device, and spraying activated carbon powder is onto surface of reduced graphene oxide modified polypropylene melt blown material.
