NOVELTY - N,N'-Methylenebis(acrylamide) as crosslinking agent is dissolved in water, and ultrasonically vibrated, to obtain aqueous solution of crosslinking agent. Acrylamide monomer is added to a test tube, aqueous solution of crosslinking agent, hydroxyapatite aqueous solution and graphene oxide solution are added sequentially to the test tube, and water is added to dissolve the monomer completely. The test tube is sealed, initiator aqueous solution and accelerator are added, and polymerized at 25 degrees C for 8-16 hours, to obtain hydroxyapatite/graphene oxide/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel. USE - Preparation of hydroxyapatite/graphene oxide/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel used in bone repair material and tissue engineering application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of hydroxyapatite/graphene oxide/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel with excellent mechanical property and drug loading capacity (by addition of hydroxyapatite) and low toxicity (by addition of graphene oxide), by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Hydroxyapatite powder is dissolved in water twice, stirred and vibrated to dissolve hydroxyapatite powder completely, to obtain milky white hydroxyapatite aqueous solution. Graphene oxide powder is dissolved in distilled water twice, stirred and vibrated to dissolve graphene oxide powder completely, to obtain black translucent graphene oxide solution. N,N'-Methylenebis(acrylamide) as crosslinking agent is dissolved in water, and ultrasonically vibrated for 2 minutes, to obtain aqueous solution of crosslinking agent. Potassium persulfate as initiator is dissolved in water, and ultrasonic vibrated for 2 minutes, to obtain initiator aqueous solution.
