▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing liquid metal composite cooling coating involves mixing the liquid metal surface-treated with surfactant (A) and an aqueous solution of dopamine with a concentration of 0.1-10 mg/L, adjusting the pH to 8-10 with alkaline reagent, shaking for 5-8 hours to promote the self-polymerization of dopamine on surface of the liquid metal, and then adding carbon nano-fillers to obtain mixture of particulate materials. The obtained particulate material mixture is grinded by ball mill at 300-600 revolutions/minute. The particles obtained after grinding are stirred to achieve uniform dispersion in resin, and kept for 12-24 hours to obtain component (A). The curing agent, auxiliary agent, diluent, dispersant, and surfactant (B) are mixed uniformly to obtain component (B). The obtained (A) component and the (B) component are uniformly mixed to obtain liquid metal composite cooling coating based on synergistic effect of phase change cooling and thermal radiation heat dissipation. USE - Method for preparing liquid metal composite cooling coating ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare liquid metal composite cooling coating, which improves the radiating capability of the photovoltaic cell in long time and high temperature environment, thus improving the energy conversion power and the service life of the solar photo-voltaic system. The method is simple and efficient, the reaction is mild, and there is no toxic and harmful substance, uses dopamine coated liquid metal, increasing the stability of the product, at the same time, using high speed stirring, ball milling and so on, making each component mix more uniformly, uses low-temperature liquid metal phase change cooling at a certain temperature using high heat capacity and high heat conductivity of the liquid metal to improve the performance of the phase change material, realizing efficient heat conduction, increasing heat dissipation efficiency.
