▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a composite graphene oxide film with high heat conduction efficiency involves coating mixed coagulating liquid of graphene oxide/water/nano-scale metal powder/carbon nanotubes on a substrate; immersing substrate with the mixed coagulating liquid into a dispersion liquid, then taking out the substrate and drying to obtain a single-layer self-assembled composite graphene oxide film; coating the mixed coagulating liquid on the substrate attached with the composite film, and repeatedly immersing, drying and coating to obtain the multilayer self-assembled efficient heat-conducting composite graphene oxide composite film; and obtaining mixed coagulating liquid of the graphene oxide/water/nano-scale metal powder/carbon nanotube by mixing components in steam through ultrasonic dispersion. The solute of the coagulating liquid is one of ionic liquid, amine or inorganic salt. USE - The method is useful for preparing a composite graphene oxide film with high heat conduction efficiency (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method has simple operation and low cost. The obtained composite film with high heat conduction efficiency has high mechanical property and can realize mass production.
