NOVELTY - A graphene oxide doped indium gallium zinc oxide flexible transparent conductive film preparing method involves heating and reducing the graphene nano sheet into graphene oxide solution, washing to a neutral aqueous solution and heating to obtain the graphene nano grain. Indium trichloride, zinc acetate reagent and gallium trichloride dissolved in ethylene glycol solution and heated to obtain indium gallium zinc oxide sol. The graphene nanoparticles and indium gallium zinc oxide are mixed, heated colorless transparent solution, spin-coated the transparent sol on a substrate and annealed. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide doped indium gallium zinc oxide flexible transparent conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene oxide doped indium gallium zinc oxide flexible transparent conductive film with amorphous-nano-crystalline composite structure, high mobility, rapid response time, and better flexibility and transparency in cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide doped indium gallium zinc oxide flexible transparent conductive film preparing method involves ultrasonically heating and reducing the graphene nano sheet into graphene oxide solution, controlling the size of the graphene nanosheet by heating temperature and the reductant proportion, repeatedly centrifugal washing the solution to a neutral aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing and heating to obtain the graphene nano grain for further use. Indium trichloride, zinc acetate reagent and gallium trichloride dissolved in ethylene glycol solution, heated and stirred until to colorless transparent to obtain indium gallium zinc oxide sol. The graphene nanoparticles and indium gallium zinc oxide are mixed, heated the resultant colorless transparent solution in a water bath and heated to stir sol. The transparent sol obtained is spin-coated on a substrate by a spin-coating device, annealed, repeated the spin-coating and annealing to form a flexible nano-scale transparent conductive film on the substrate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene oxide doped indium gallium zinc oxide flexible transparent conductive film.
