NOVELTY - A graphene-ruthenium oxide composite material preparing method involves mixing graphene dispersion liquid and ruthenium precursor liquid to carry out hydro-thermal reaction and solid-liquid separation by adjusting pH value of 5-8 at 150-250 degrees C to obtain black solid, followed washing and drying the black solid after performing annealing treatment to obtain as product as graphene-ruthenium oxide composite material, where the ruthenium precursor solution is selected from ruthenium chloride, ruthenium carbonyl, potassium nitrosyl, ruthenium nitrate, and ammonium ruthenium trichloride. USE - Method for preparing graphene-ruthenium oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene-ruthenium oxide composite material with high performance in a simple and cost effective manner.
