NOVELTY - The device has sample box that is provided with sample space (5) for accommodating impact mixture. The impact mixture is configured to prepare graphene. A cooling element is configured to maintain low temperature state of impact mixture. The cooling element is cooling object, and two ends of sample space in sample box are respectively provided with inlet and outlet. The cooling material is passed through the sample space via inlet and contacted with impact mixture, and discharged using outlet. The sample box is provided with first cooling channel. The second cooling channel and an opening is set at bottom of sample space. The second cooling channel is located at lower end of sample space. The sample space is communicated with second cooling channel using opening, and the sample space is located in middle of first cooling channel. The inlet and outlet of sample space are respectively communicated with inlet and outlet of first cooling channel. USE - The device is used for explosive synthesis of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device maintains the impact mixture at low temperature for a long time, controls the volatilization of solid carbon sources, such as dry ice, improves graphene conversion rate of dry ice, enhances the carbon fixation efficiency, and increases the output, and the preparation method has low production requirements, high repeatability, no complicated process control and rapid reaction, is simple and controllable, and needs to add corresponding dopant source powder to reaction precursor.
