▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polymer and graphene blended electroactive composite coating material is formed by blending specific polymer and graphene in which specific polymer is formed by polymerization of aniline oligomer (A) and amino reactive monomer (B) together with modified graphene (C). Specific polymer is selected from epoxy resin, polyimide, polyamide, polyurethane, and polylactic acid. Modified graphene is uniformly dispersed in matrix of specific polymer but not involved in polymerization, and composite coating material is electroactive. USE - A polymer and graphene blended electroactive composite coating material for electronic applications. ADVANTAGE - The coating material exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, and oxygen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of preparing polymer and graphene blended electroactive composite coating material which involves performing pre-polymerization between aniline oligomer (A) and amino reactive monomer (B) to form macromolecule precursor (AB), adding modified graphene (C) to precursor (AB) and mixing until becoming uniform to obtain mixture solution, and performing polymerization of mixture solution to form polymer and graphene blended electroactive composite coating material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the method of preparing polymer and graphene blended electroactive composite coating material.
