NOVELTY - Phase control halogen-free polyolefin composite material comprises 30-60 pts. wt. resin, 35-65 pts. wt. inorganic flame retardant, 1-7 pts. wt. ceramic precursor polymer and 2-20 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent comprises antioxidant, crosslinking agent, coupling agent, processing auxiliary agent and/or functional filler. USE - Used as phase control halogen-free polyolefin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: can obtain selective distribution of inorganic flame retardant, and realize the ceramic flame retardant of the inorganic flame retardant in the specific phase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing phase control halogen-free polyolefin composite material, comprising (i) taking resin, inorganic flame retardant, ceramic precursor polymer and auxiliary agent; (ii) adding the ceramic precursor polymer, coupling agent and a part of inorganic flame retardant into the high speed stirrer and mixing at 1500-2000 revolutions/minute for 1-3 minutes to obtain the mixed powder; (iii) adding the polar resin into the mixer, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 130-190 degrees C, adding mixed powder obtained, a part of antioxidant, a part of crosslinking agent, part of functional filler and a part of processing auxiliary agent, melting and mixing for 5-8 minutes at 130-190 degrees C and granulating by pelletizer to obtain material A; (iv) adding the non-polar resin into the mixer, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 130-190 degrees C, adding another part of inorganic flame retardant, the other part of antioxidant, the other part of crosslinking agent, the other part of functional filler and the other part of processing auxiliary agent, melting and mixing for 3- 5 minutes at 130-190 degrees C and granulating by pelletizer to obtain material B; and (v) adding the material A and material B into the internal mixer, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 130-190 degrees C and granulating by pelletizer.
