NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene film is prepared by controlling polyimide, polyamide, nitrogen-doped graphene printing film thickness in 5-100 mu m, hot-press molding the film at 50-200 degrees C to obtain a graphite film, placing the graphite film in a graphite furnace, to carry out heat treatment respectively at 200-600 degrees C and 2000-3000 degrees C, and hot forming the film at 50-200 degrees C to obtain flexible graphene film. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene film for use in antenna of radio frequency microwave device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has high surface in orientation structure, good conductivity and low plane resistance, metallic conductivity, low consumption characteristics, low cost, simple manufacturing process, and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a radio frequency microwave device.
