NOVELTY - An optical structure comprises single-layer graphene, waveguide layer, optically transparent layer and prism. USE - Optical structure for improving visible light absorbing efficiency of single-layer graphene that is utilized in adjustable spectral selective detection and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The optical structure has increased absorption rate of the monolayer graphene to an electromagnetic wave. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing an optical structure.
