NOVELTY - High performance fast coagulating early strength concrete, has concrete mixing material, comprising 138-158 pts. wt. water, 690-750 pts. wt. cement, 70-90 pts. wt. silicon powder, 90-120 pts. wt. slag, 560-600 pts. wt. middle sand, 848-888 pts. wt. regenerated aggregate, 13.8-15 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 20.7-22.5 pts. wt. quick-setting agent, 10-15 pts. wt. calcined lime powder, 53-71 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 47.5-57.5 pts. wt. nano hydroxyapatite, 36-50 pts. wt. modified graphene fiber, and 40-50 pts. wt. wollastonite powder. The preparation of modified graphene fiber is mixing graphene oxide, ultrashort jute fiber, carboxymethyl cellulose and water, the mass ratio of ultrashort jute fiber, carboxymethyl cellulose and water is (1-1.5):1:0.2:3, stirring uniformly to obtain fiber mixed solution; extruding fiber mixed solution in coagulation bath to obtain gel modified graphene fiber; and (S3) washing the gel modified graphene fiber, and drying. USE - Used as high performance fast coagulating early strength concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has the effect of improving the later strength.
