NOVELTY - The device (1) has a reaction tank contained with electrolyte solution, where a graphite electrode (12) and a counter electrode are located in the reaction tank and the counter electrode is arranged on a reaction groove (11). A fixing piece (14) is mounted on the reaction groove. A fixing piece of electrode graphite is arranged on the reaction groove. A part of the fixing piece of the electrode graphite formed in the electrolyte solution and a power supply unit (15) is electrically connected with the counter electrode and the graphite electrode. USE - Graphene generating device. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes electrochemical peeling process to generate graphite so that it can quickly and economically produce graphene under normal a temperature environment, ensures that the power supply unit is electrically connected with the graphite electrode and an opposite electrode so that a graphite generating device of alkene can reach purpose of quick and economically manufacturing graphite under normal temperature.
