NOVELTY - Composite probe of arginylglycylaspartic acid (RGD)-graphene-manganese oxide hollow magnetic nano-ball, is claimed. The preparation of composite probe comprises: (i) reacting 1-octadecene, manganese oleate and oleic acid at 300-350 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle; (ii) dispersing oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle in chloroform, adding de-ionized water and bovine serum albumin, dispersing, stirring for 0.5-1.5 days to obtain bovine serum albumin surface modified oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle. USE - The composite probe is useful in preparing lung cancer magnetic resonance imaging diagnostic and therapeutic agent (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite probe of RGD-graphene-manganese oxide hollow magnetic nano-ball, is claimed. The preparation of composite probe comprises: (i) reacting 1-octadecene, manganese oleate and oleic acid at 300-350 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle, where the molar ratio of manganese oleate and oleic acid is 1-3:1; (ii) dispersing oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle in chloroform, then adding de-ionized water and bovine serum albumin, then dispersing ultrasonically, where the mass ratio of oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle and bovine serum albumin is 1:4-6, stirring for 0.5-1.5 days under room temperature to obtain bovine serum albumin surface modified oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle; (iii) adjusting the pH of bovine serum albumin surface modified oleic acid coated solid manganese oxide nano-particle to 4-6 using weakly acidic solution to perform etching, reacting for 20-28 hours to obtain manganese oxide hollow magnetic nano-particle; (iv) dispersing hollow magnetic nano-particle in deionized water to obtain hollow magnetic nano-particle suspension, dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, adding the hollow magnetic nano-particle suspension into graphene oxide suspension in a mass ratio of 8-12:1, stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours under room temperature to obtain graphene/manganese oxide hollow magnetic nano-ball; and (v) adding graphene/manganese oxide hollow magnetic nano-ball, 1-(3-propyl)-3 carbodiimide hydrochloride, N-hydroxy succinimide and cyclic RGD into deionized water in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-2.5:0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5, stirring for 1-3 hours.
