NOVELTY - The device has an injector body (1) provided with a pneumatic generating mechanism that is activated by a battery (7). An upper unit (3) draws out cosmetics contained in a cosmetic capsule. A filtration membrane made of graphene is installed on an injection pipe of a nozzle unit to allow air to pass through the nozzle unit and to pass liquid substances at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. A capsule cover (23) is installed at an upper end of an upper case. A nozzle cover (25) is slide-opened in front of the upper case, and a main operation switch is installed in a rear end of the case. The nozzle cover and the nozzle cover are closed by a cover holding unit. USE - The portable cosmetic liquid spraying device is useful for beauty directly applied to skin. ADVANTAGE - The air hole and nozzle hole required for cosmetic ejection are closed by a filtration membrane providing fine holes, so that air passes but cosmetics cannot pass under normal temperature and atmospheric pressure, thus unintentional leakage occurs. The device is convenient to carry and use, and avoids need of a separate cap for covering a nozzle portion, thus avoiding inconvenience of separating and combining the cap.
