▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An expandable heat-insulating anti-corrosion coating comprises main component agent and curing agent in mass ratio of 5:2-7:3. The main component agent comprises 20-40 parts mass epoxy resin, 10-30 parts mass anti-corrosion pigment, 10-20 parts mass anti-corrosion filler, 2-5 parts mass co-solvent, 0.3-1 part mass wetting agent, 1-3 parts mass dispersant, 0.1-1 part mass defoamer, 10-30 parts mass intumescent flame retardant, 5-10 parts mass flame-retardant filler and 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Expandable heat-insulating anti-corrosion coating for steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The expandable heat-insulating anti-corrosion coating effectively overcomes the defect of existing fire-resistant coating such as poor compatibility between the fire-resistant coating and anti-corrosion coating, inconvenience in construction, and the double cost of labor and material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the expandable heat-insulating anti-corrosion coating, which involves adding 0.5 part mass wetting agent, 1 part mass dispersant, 0.1 part mass defoamer and 1 part mass propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PMA) to 20 parts mass deionized water, dissolving for 1-3 minutes to form dispersion, adding 20 parts mass zinc phosphate, 10 parts mass barium sulfate, 5 parts mass expandable graphite, 15 parts mass intumescent flame retardant, 1 part mass graphene and 5 parts mass sericite to dispersion, dispersing at 900-1500 rpm for 2-5 minutes, adjusting speed to 800-1000 rpm, adding 20 parts mass epoxy resin, 0.1 part mass defoamer, 1 part mass PMA and 0.3 part mass deionized water, dispersing for 5-10 minutes to obtain main component agent, mixing main component agent and curing agent component.
